Nature’s Yin and Yang Forces, have not
changed in the “World’s 4 Oceans”, for billions of years, they are the same
today and tomorrow when you go to your chosen beach.
The only thing that has changed is the many misunderstandings of the
"Forces of Yin and Yang "within all Currents, of your World's 4
Oceans.
Yin and Yang's Aqua In Motions at Play, do not hide from you, and always
teach those who are prepared to want to see, feel and flow with the “Presence
of Aqua-Blue Magic".

receive misunderstandings and incorrect knowledge of Yin and Yang's

consequences of setting up children to give up mentally when they are caught in
“Rip Currents, Side-Currents and Outward-Pulling- Surges on Sandbanks",
surrounded by the easy to see, identify and understand "Forces of Yin and
Yang can help children save their own lives ".

looking ahead and seeing their present water environment’s visible signs, for a
thinking and insightful mind creates calmness, for one cannot panic if one is
seeing the signs of the various "Aqua-In-Motion-Points", of your
World’s 4 Ocean’s Surf Zone Forces at Play.
A journey that begins on paths that are known, creates calmness and
enlightenment of known routines, paths and end destinations, which results in
no panicking but allows for the enjoyments, insights, and understandings of the
present surroundings and the end destination.
At present your World's 4 Ocean's are been made out to be some
unfathomable mystery, that not even Rocket Scientists or Oceanographers can
work out these so-called mystery currents.
Don't worry you will soon see and understand that your World's 4 Ocean's
are easy to see and understand, for you have seen 2-year-olds get handed a cell
phone and in the shortest of time, they are watching videos and listening to music.
Now give this same cell phone to an elderly person, who can read and
write, and they won't be able to find the music or videos, because they keep
saying they can not do it, and this is a human trait, that if you say you can't
do it, then you definitely won't be able to do it.
All children today are tech-savvy, and if you surfed the internet, and
looked up fishing apps of ocean currents, temperature and satellite pictures,
you could become an expert very fast, all you would have to do is read, watch
videos and listen for you to understand.
The same applies to this text. You could even be a child, teen or adult
who has never even touched an Ocean or even know how to swim, just read, or

At present many children,teens and adults will often here lifeguards
globally telling you to swim between their flags on the beach.
Unfortunately you won't here the reasons why, for many of the beach
signs globally will show you that you can escape rips on anyside of an out
flowing rip current, which is not true and sets up children to have the wrong
understandings of their 4 Ocean's Surf Zone dangers.
Now if you would like to understand how to protect yourself and your
brother or sister in your Surf Zones this is how you can achieve it to
enjoy your water activities.
Lifeguards will be seen blowing their whistle and waving frantically and at times getting very upset with the crowd of people to move back between their flags,marking a sandbank and safer area of swimming.
The problem is that there side currents moving along the shoreline that drift the crowd towards the " Rip Channels", were they will be swept into the out flowing current.
Now the problem is that lifeguards are going to tell you to go out with
the rip current,then swim parallel with the beach and then enter the surf and
use the waves to return to shore.
Lifeguards, individuals and many City's Safety web site recommodation will also tell you the same thing,as well as to swim at 90% to get out of an outward flowing rip current
Here is the problem you are facing:
You are small, you might not be swimming fit ffor swimming muscles are
totally different to musels used on land.
The problem with telling you to swim at 90% to escape rip currents and the because signage that you can escape on anyside sets you up to burn up your engery, for you will panic and try super hard to swim at 90% to the current.If you do this you will probably only last 2 minutes and then your muscles will build up lactic acid and your arms and legs will begin to feel like lead.
Now should rather place your mouth in the water, with just your nose sticking out.You then do a gentle frog kick and a soft breast stroke and in the same motion you lift your head out of the water and breath.
This will help you not to panic and will regulate your breathing to be
in a rymthm of calmness.
Now you would of ended up in this Rip Current,because the side current brought you here, from the area between the lifeguard's flags.You will be fine and you will reach the beach and this is how you do it:
Let's say you were facing the beach and the side current moved you to the right, you in the rip current and the flags are on your left, you can't go left to escape the current, for the side current will push you back into the rip current flowing out.
Now the lifeguards and many individuals say little kids should float in rip currents, and of cause use the wave to get back in from the backline, but if you look to your right you will see that there are waves breaking on the sand bank.
Now use the side current and the rip current to flow frog style gentle movements towards these waves at an angle and with the current.
This will give you a mental boost and a plan of action that won't drain your energy, for there is no need to go out to the backline to use the bigger waves to get to the shore, for there are waves right near you to use. You now use the side current and the waves to angle yourself towards the shore and swallow water.You will have to use the " Surf Flip & Kick Dive Swimming”,which you can read about lower down.
But guess what you are now standing and walking up the beach with loads of energy.

4 Free, the Basic ABC’s of your World’s 4 Ocean’s
Surf Zones:
· Waves come towards the shore in “Steps of Depths and Forces of the
oncoming Set”.( each wave is going to be bigger than the wave in front of itself,
hence the “ Step-effect of Increasing Depths and Forces”.
Sit on the beach and see the "Ocean’s Waves" doing this, for
it has been happening just like this for ‘Billions of Years already”.
Or stand in knee-deep water and watch and feel the incoming waves of the
set, as the water increases in depth and force, as each wave passes you by, as
they move to shore.)
· Yin and Yang’s Forces of Water are now going to ‘Play’. ( As the set
approaches it will cause water on the sandbanks to be pulled out, just like
many who afford themselves the opportunity to watch YouTube videos on Tsunami
Waves, you will notice how the sandbanks become exposed as these shallow surf
zones empty of water.
‘Or’ the next time you on a sandbank, in the surf, feel how the water pulls out, as
the set approaches.
Or sit on the beach and watch the surface foam on the sandbanks, watch
and see as the set of waves approach, see the streaks of surface foam been
pulled straight out, at the same time take note of the surface streaks of foam
that are off the centreline, of the sandbank, see how the foam streaks are also
been pulled at angles towards either side of the sandbank.
This is the result of Yin and Yang of the oncoming set of waves, which
are also causing the Rip and Side Channels, on either side of the sandbank to
pull water out of their deeper channels.
The waves will now slow the outward pull and begin to push and cause
inward surges to start filling in the " V Channels- Rip Channels" and
this pushing water will now cause the side current to renew its rhythm of
pulse, force, and direction( Surf Zones Wave's
Heart Beats),
that will fill the " V Channel" and will push through and over the
sandbank that is on the path of this side- current, and will force water into
the next rip channel, as it flows through the side channel on the sandbank that
has formed and boxing in the " V Channel - Rip Channel's current.

The force of Yin and Yang's Aqua - In - Motion at Play will slip through
the shoreline side channel,of the sandbank it is moving past, as this current
moves in growing force and pulse, as each wave is bigger in-depth and force.
You can watch this happen and play over and over again ,as Yin and Yang
play just like this in the day and at night.
Take note when the Rip Current Channels are pulling water off the
Sandbanks, for they will have the greater force, as they pull water off on both
sides of the sandbanks.
" Bow-Currents” are forming right on the edges of the sandbanks,
see the "Indian like Bow-Currents" as they curve and make strong
ripple bending streaks just off the drop-offs of these sandbanks, on both
sides.
See how these Bow-Currents bend slightly towards the sandbanks on either
side.
For the central fugal force of water is taking place.
Just like when you go to the park and go round and round on a
merry-go-round, your force and pull will move outwards and backward.
Acknowledge Yin and Yang's " Bow Currents", for when you see
their motions in the middle surf, you will know where the "Sandbanks"
are, and you can reorientate yourself in the surf, for Dumpers and Waves will
tumble you around, and cause you to be disorientated.
These " Bow- Currents" show you sandbanks that could be knee
or waste deep in the middle surf, where you could stand and save your energy.
You could even use these shallow banks to walk on, and then position yourself
for a better and easier path to follow back to the shoreline.
It is very important to keep your mind occupied and searching the surf,
for it helps you to be calmer and focused to seek opportunities to save your
own life in your " Surf Playgrounds", as well as giving any rescuers
more time to reach you, for you will be on the surface of the water.
You will also have opportunities to see if anyone has thrown a lifebuoy
or an object that floats into the currents that have taken you out.
All lifeguards globally tell people not to come out and try to rescue
you, but to throw an object that floats out to you.
You also have to keep your head and body low in the water, to conserve
your energy, with just your nose clearing the water.
Will explain later on, for it helps regulate your breathing and saves
you loads of energy and will save your life, even if you are not a good swimmer
or are prone to panicking in your World's 4 Ocean's.
Also never Float on your back in " Surf Zone", for you will
lose your advantage and end up choking and coughing, and becoming dizzy. I will
explain later, and this will definitely save your life.
If you panic, and loose focus you will loose your mental advantage, so
understand this human trait, and acknowledge " The Story about the
little train, who went up the hill saying, he knows he can and he will make it
to the top of the hill".
So choose to believe you will make it to your beach, for right now you
believe it will be hard to reach the shore, but Yin and Yang, move in circles,
and you will soon see how to follow and use their softer circles and paths, to
easily reach the shore again, and Yin and Yang will help you when you
understand and see them.
At some beaches, you will have to go out with the Rip Current, and you
feel scared just thinking about it, but here is the beauty, the rip current
will move you quickly, so you can complete the path of the " Circle of
Flow" to reach the beach in the shortest of time.
As you leave the channel, there will be a circulating gyre or an oblong
gyre or slack water and just on the other side, the "Softer and Gentle
forms of Yin and Yang" are waiting for you and will show you the path of
inward flowing surges and you will soon know how to use their paths to reach
your beach safely again.
Now for young children who are following their bigger brothers, sisters and friends, be careful
and don’t follow them in too deep, for if you cannot stand on the sand, the
water is going to pull you to one-sided of the sandbank or pull you straight
out, as the set of waves approaches.
If the water pulls you straight out, as a set of waves are coming
towards the sandbank and you can no longer stand, don’t panic and simply duck
in a standing stance and make contact with the sand and jump forward and keep
doing this until the first wave hits you.
Now on the second wave simple dive down towards the shore about half a
meter down and keep your feet together and raise them vertically and kick them
down slightly and then raise them vertically and reap 3 times, while you are
underwater, and now been pushed by the wave, wave swell or white water.
Your arms are straight out in front of you and are used to steer your
direction to either side or up or down.
By doing this you are using the Forces of Yin and Yang's "
Wave-Surge", to propel yourself through the water, for Yin and Yang are
going to help you and cause a surge of water moving forward to push on your
raised vertical and flipping simultaneously (together) legs.
Your legs held together act like a sail, and become an object, for the
inward surge of the water to push against.
You have turned your legs into a big " Single Flipper, like
Mermaids and Mermen Tails.
Just like the Lifesavers who do surf zone rescues, can be seen using
flippers, you to have your own personal " Big Flipper".
You can call your new Aqua skill “Surf Flip & Kick Dive
Swimming”.
Understand this technique, for by flipping your legs slightly down and
then up again, your chins and feet find the resistance of water to push
against, you have a double motion of force, for the water pushes against your
feet and chins. This is not " Dolphin Kicks or Swimming like Aqua- man in
" Dolphin Mode", for if you attempt this style you will hurt the
small of your back, and not offer Yin and Yang the opportunity to help you, for
they will and can help you greatly if you do the " Surf Flip & Kick
Dive Swimming".
You surf these waves like a dolphin, but not with their style of Tail
Power Flipping Horizontally ( Dolphin Kicks) " and when you come up for a
breath, the water might pull you out slightly, don't panic and simply
rest and watch the next wave or white water coming towards you, as soon as it
is almost on you take a breath and do your "“Surf Flip & Kick Dive
Swimming”.
You will eventually learn to " Body Surf", but right now you
are still small and might not be able to judge "Body Surfing Waves",
or have your freestyle power strokes mastered yet, but you sure can be a
mermaid or merboy to cover big distances needed right now for you to reach the
beach or the swallows where you can stand again.
Do this for the next two waves and then stand for you would have covered
a huge distance towards the shore.
If you can’t stand, no problem do another two waves of “Surf Flip &
Kick Dive Swimming”.
NB NB NB:
The reasons why you were advised to go down in a standing position and
then make contact with the sand with your feet and then jump forward and break
through the surface of the water with your head and arms, is that it will help
you to stay in the shallower water for longer, as the water is pulling you
straight out over the sandbank.
And yes you will still be moving backward, but not as fast had you just
drifted with the outward pull of water on sandbanks.
You now have the opportunity to also attract attention from people on
the beach, other swimmers near you, surfers and lifeguards.
You will stand out from other swimmers in the water to anyone who's eyes
catch your movement and actions. The people who see you will have a reflex
reaction and will move towards you without thought of their initial actions.
The reason been, is that their Souls have responded before their minds
had time to think, for many would have used the very same technique you are
using right now, while been on Sandbanks and been pulled straight out by "
Outward Sandbank Pulling Surges", they would not have even given it
thought. They would of done the same thing in swimming pools, when they where
younger and learning to swim and would have been in the shallow water of a pool
and walked out towards the deeper side and then walked out to far, then turned
around and jumped themselves back to the swallower water right near the
drop-offs, that occur in freshwater swimming pools.
Now, this shows you something, which is that many people who have been
around water, both fresh and salt, already have experienced the basic water
safety techniques and understandings, but unfortunately, these basics are not
been taught to young children like yourself, your brother's, your sisters and
your friends, who go to Beaches or swimming pools during your holidays, and
especially during your Christmas Holidays, that sees many children going to
coastal beaches for their festival holidays.
The Basic ABC's of Personal Aqua Safety, needs to be your mindset and
second nature of being, when you are near or in your " Aqua
Playgrounds".
Now, don't you worry, for you are soon going to become a Water Baby of
Yin and Yang's Aqua In Motions at Play, and you will be able to understand how
to swim, act and survive in your World's 4 Oceans.
Now to really attract attention, is to cross- wave your arms, very
quickly twice, as your head breaks through the surface. It is an international
code for " SOS", I am in distress and need help.
You also can't get yourself to worked up,otherwise, you might start
hyper-ventilating and your head will become dizzy, and you might panic and try
swim as hard as you can for the shore, if you do this you will drown within 1.5
minutes.
DON'T Panic like this, but keep this thought in your mind, so that you
can control any panicking thoughts, and the use your mental brain-power to
protect your life, by safeguarding your energy, to ensure your head and airways
remain "Bobbing and Duck-diving, with rhythm of flow of being, to find the
"Softer and Gentle Areas of Yin and yang".
You also have to understand that if you are at a coastal beach that has
extremely cold water, you need to know that if you got caught in currents, and
you ended up longer than 10 to 15 minutes in the water, you will then get
hyperthermia, and your organs will shut down and you will drown because you will
lose function and the ability to move your arms and legs, so keep this in mind
if you do not have a wetsuit on and are swimming in very cold ocean waters.
You also have a problem now doing the " Surf Flip & Kick Dive
Swimming" technique ,for the moment you dive underwater,you will get an
" Icecream Head Ache".
The Surf Flip & Kick Dive Swimming can still be done but you will
have to control your breathing, mindset and belief that you can achieve
this,for your mind is very powerful when you choose it to be so.
Been dunked underwater and coming back up will also have you grasping in
short quick deep breaths,which can cause you to take in a bit of water too deep
into your airways,you will choke and need to start sniffing in air through your
nose and coughing to clear water from your airways.
It is very important for you to the understand what can happen to
you when you are pushed or pulled by currents into your World's 4 Ocean's, for
if you are not mentally prepared for cold water, and if you are panicking, or have
not taken belief of the power of your mind's mindset to be.
Now if you are been pulled out and been pulled to one side, do the “Surf
Flip & Kick Dive Swimming’’, but angle your motion and direction slightly
to the opposite side you are been pulled, for the centerline of the sandbank is
your safer zone, at times, for a strong side current, will also determine the
safe side re-entry of a sandbank, to use this side current's sweep to
sling-shot current style your drift-rate and angle to the shoreline.
Remember that when people tell you to swim at 90% to a current, to
escape, do some online searching, for not even international space crafts will
enter the atmosphere at 90%. An aircraft would stall, for it would lose
momentum and fall
Many Children, Teens, and Adults have not developed swimming muscles,
which are totally different from muscle development, for sprinting and running
on land.
The problem now is that children will lose momentum when they swim at
90%, to a current and they will attempt to swim harder and faster, and burn up
their energy in 1.5 minutes and drown.
Now by moving with the current and at an angle to break out of it, with
even just doggy paddle or glide drifting on the surface, you will hardly use
any energy and be out of the main pull of a Rip Channel.
The beauty is that it boosts your mental positive belief in yourself,
for you now have a purpose and a water safety plan.
Your goal is now to surface glide with the current at an angle towards
the sandbank waves, for you want to use their inward energy of surge to use
your “Surf Flip & Kick Dive Swimming’’ to angle yourself back to the
shore with the side current.
You will often hear advice from global lifesavers and people talking
about rip currents that when you go out with a rip, you should go with it and
then once at the backline swim parallel with the shore and use the waves to
help you reach the shore. So use your mind and think to gain your
"Personal Aqua Sight".
You also need to realize that the signs on beaches that say you can exit
or escape a rip current on any side, does not work for their will always be a
side current, so use your 'Aqua Sight ', before you enter your "Surf
Zone" to determine which way this side-current rhythm is moving and
pulsing.
NB NB NB ;
Side-currents can easily be seen by watching the surface foam's
direction of flow.
You will often see Lifesavers blowing on their whistles to get the crowd
of swimmers to move back between the "Safe Swim Flags", for many
bathers and swimmers don't realize that they are been pushed by the side
current along the beach towards the "Rip Current Channels.
You are now becoming Surf Zone Wise and an Aqua Baby of Yin and Yang,
well done.
NOW when you hear people telling you to just swim parallel with a
current at the backline then angle yourself for the shoreline when you out of
the current, know that this is not how your World's 4 Oceans work for you could
be setting yourself up to enter a loop path current,that is going to take you
in then spit you out with the next rip channel that could be very large across
its channel and take you further out to sea, for you have been told to just
drift or follow a rip current out.
Will do some sketches and post some videos and you will see the path you
should take to navigate these Rip Debris Sweeps, that if you don't understand
them, you will be going around and around in a circle.
Don't worry about this now, for you will soon know how to see these loop
currents and how to move around them and through them at angles, for you
acknowledged their movements and paths of flow ,when you were on the beach, and
long before you choose a safe spot to swim at your beach, based on the safety
features of the beach itself, and your 'Aqua Sight"..
Many children,teens and adults drown because they do not acknowledge Yin
and Yang's Aqua In Motions at Play, when they had all the time in the World,
when they were walking and standing on their beach, but don't worry you will
know how to acknowledge and see Yin and Yang's Aqua In Motions at Play, when
you are standing and walking on your beach.
The reason why you will find it easy to angle yourself to the opposite
side is because as the wave surges in, it causing Yin and Yang's current force
streaks that are moving towards the shore to cut into the “Side Currents” and
break their force by bending their current lines towards the shore, and which
makes small vortexes behind the small white water waves, see the foam vortexes.
Next time you at the beach walk into the water knee-deep and watch the
small white water pushing across the “Side Currents” and acknowledge ‘Nature’s
Yin and Yang's Forces of Water", for you are now becoming a “Water-Baby
who has begun to understand your World’s 4 Ocean’s Surf Zones, well done, your
own personal insights and understandings are growing, you are becoming ‘Surf
Zone –Wise and your “ Aqua- Wisdom and Sight" is and will be growing’’.
Take note of a small or big swell that is about to break, see how the
lip forms and curls down to push into the side current. As this lip curls into
the water trough, it will generate a force downwards and backward.
A Curling Rotating Force that will push water backward, with aerated
vortexes that will have areas that are spinning and twisting cyclonic and
anticyclonic, which will cause you to be pushed and pulled in different
directions,as well as up and down.
The white water is going to have a lot of bubbles, and you will be less
buoyant and some children will feel like they are sinking, and some will say
this is an undertow and some will panic greatly.
Guess what you already know how Yin and Yang play like this,for you
acknowledged their movements of play, when you were standing knee-deep in the
water, and watched them cause twisting and rotating cyclonic and anticyclonic
vortexes in the white water behind the breaking waves and white water pushing
towards the shoreline.
By making your body long on top of the surface, just like "Pond-
Frogs on the Surface of their ponds", you allow more aerated bubbles to
push you up, and by keeping your head low to the waters surface, with just your
nose sticking out of the water, which allows you to use the least amount of
energy to stay on the surface, and with a small frog kick and gentle
breaststroke forward you then raise your mouth out of the water and taking a
breath,in your stroke of arms,you can maintain a rymthm of using the least
amount of energy,while keeping yourself above the waters surface, while the bubbles
and vortexes twist and turn all around you.
See you are now a Water Baby of Yin and Yang , well done,you will learn
more and gain your own understandings and insights of your World's 4 Oceans.
Now some beaches have gentle sloping sandbanks or sandbanks in front of
the backline drop offs, which also generate a force backwards, don't panic it
is fine ,it is just cycles of how Yin and Yang's Forces have been flowing.and
moving for "Billions of Years".
This can happen for 3 incoming waves, the 4 th wave is now going to
surge in hard, move with this force on your planned position and course to
reach your safe zones, base on your 'Aqua Sight" you used while standing
on the beach and seeing how Yin and Yang where playing.
Take note that if a big set has just come through there will be a lot of
water on the "Sandbanks" and a smaller set of waves will then cause
alot of outward pulling and will pull you very quickly to the backline of the
Sandbanks.
The outward pull can be for the entire set, of these smaller swells and
waves.
NB NB NB this happens a lot at Strand Beach, near Gordons Bay, in South
Africa, which also cause " Strong Side Currents" due to the
" Semi-permanent Sandbank, near the Strand NSRI building and the Water
World Park, which is due to Strand Reefs, that run in at angles, and create
gulley wedges that funnel in Yin and Yang's " Wave"s Energies"
to be pushed along the coastal channels, backline areas and knee deep water
along the beach.
Take note next time you have a high advantage point to look down at the
backline areas of "Surf Zones", see the debris lines that form oil
like lines and strip-breadth-like-small-river-currents that run out into the
bay, these are caused by various salt densities and magnetic likeness,
that become just like your garden hose pipes water flow and the hose pipe
material, is just like the ocean on either side of this debris line, for they
contain and funnel this debris line out to sea.
These debris-current- distant- pushing-vortexes, often sees swimmers
getting all confused and swept off and way past the backline. Unfortunately
many choose to not develop their "Aqua-Sight", but you have and these
vortexs have narrow current breadths, that glide tummy floating will see you
out of them quickly and you understand that they make the circle paths.
Take note that there are often big current and wide rips that go way
past the backline and are choppy and rippled on the surface.
NB glide-tummy or Pond-Frog motions and angled, will get you out of
these offshore rips in the shortest of time.
The waves breaking on the sandbanks and shore are the pump and force,and
are the " Taps handle to your garden hose pipe. The bigger the waves or
the more you open the tap, the greater and stronger the force of outward
flowing water will be seen coming from your hose pipe or seen in these debris
lines and strips.
NB NB and I' am not referring to the ' Mushrooms that are seen at the
end of Rip Currents, I am taking of the forces of current ripples and sandbebris
strips that can move a great distance from the backline and the "
Mushrooms".
These debris lines show you what is happening and are the basic ABC's of
Ocean Currents Movements of Play of Being.
Strand Beach has an Outer Reef way off the backline and towards the
South West of the Big Semi-permanent sandbank which lies outside Strands NSRI
building. This Outer Reef aids the Big Sandbank to maintain its shape.
Next time you at Strand Beach take note of this Outer Reef's breakers
and see the deeper channel that comes close to the shore on the left-hand side
of the big sandbank, and look at the foam and pieces of Seaweed, as they are
pushed by this backline channel "Debris-Current", see how this deeper
channel bends outwards and flows in the same line of shape and direction
as the drop off sand contour lines, of this " Big Sandbank's Left
Side".
The resulting effects of these many features in the area are the cause
of the strong side currents and for maintaining the " Big Sandbanks
Shape" over many years.
The "South West Swells" that cause waves to break on Strand
Beach have a good amount of energy as they bend in around Cape Point.
As they reach Strand Beaches gentle sloping beach, that drops off into
the backline channel, you will notice how quickly these waves suddenly "
Build and Break as Dumping Waves".
This sudden "Curl and Lift" generates a strong force of pull
on the water, directly in front of the Dumpers, to generate a pulling side
current on the Big Sandbank and the other very shallow waters of Strand Beach.
These Dumpers are Yin and Yang's Motors and Pumps, that keep the sandy
bottoms clean of debris and help the channels to create food chains for the
marine life to feed on.
The " Right Hand Side of this Big Sandbank has a feature( sandbank
drops and slopes to the NW) that creates sets of waves that come in at angles
to this " Big Sandbank", which creates a phenomenal outward pull on
the right side of this sandbank and on the very sandbank itself.
The waves come in on this side, like " Wedges" and is the
reason why Rip and Backline -Side Channels form on the right and the reason why
there are Side Channels inshore towards the "Fence", of the Lowrens
River.
As you gain your Aqau-Sight, you will be able to go to any " Beach
of your World's 4 Oceans" and be able to see all of Yin and Yang's
"Aqua-In- Motions at Play".
You will then know how to keep yourself, family and friends, safe while
participating in water activities. You will also be able to give valuable
information to Life Savers,for you can pinpoint which direction of flow is
taking place on the backline and save valuable time for rescuers to go search
in the right direction or straight to the child, teen or adult in difficult
Afford yourself the opportunity to watch YouTube Videos, of Surfers and
Drone Fishing of Strand Beach. See how the waves and swells break in this area,
see the surface foam streaks.
You can take a look at Google Maps and past You Tube yearly dated drone
footage of Strand's Surf Zones, they will reveal the same Big Sandbank year in
year out.
Or speak to rock and surf fisherman from the area, who will confirm many
of the same Rip and Side Channels been in the same areas for years.
Don't get intimated or believe that it is not necessary to take note of
the many Semi-permanent Sandbanks and their Rip and Side Channels, for you will
often hear people telling you that " Rip Currents can form anywhere",
this is not a wise statement or comment to make, for many children, teens and
adults will now believe that " Rip Currents" are some
"Mysterious " Phenomenal Occurance" that can suddenly appear
from no-where.
This creates the illusion and mental belief for many children, teens and
adults that they don't have to or need to learn or understand Rip Currents, for
these Rip Currents are mysterious and can occur anywhere, so what is the point
of trying to understand something that can simply form anywhere, and
mysteriously hunt you down in the World's 4 Oceans.
Don't fall into this personal mindset or belief, that Rip Currents can
mysteriously appear, so that would mean Rip Currents are unpredictable and can
just suddenly happen all of a sudden and a "New Magical Rip Channel will
suddenly appear on a sandbank, you are standing on, and the one moment you are
standing waist deep and the next moment a huge Rip Channel has appeared
underneath you and you are now been taken outward by its current, because the
Rip Current Channel is 1.5 times your height, in its depth.
Yin and Yangs Aqua-In-Motion-Forces don't work like this and Rip
Currents don't just suddenly form or appear like this or hunt you down, for Yin
and Yang are always in " Balance" and once a storm surge is taking
place or a strong onshore gale has been blowing,then Rip and Side Channels on
the sandbanks can close and open new channels and holes.
Yes Rip Currents and Channels are now forming and I would like to see
"Brave Souls" go out into this washing machine of a storm, and try
swim in this gale of aerated storm surging waves and vortexes,for these
"Brave Souls" and not been Aqua-Wise Souls, and will be tossed,
dumped, tumbled, swirled,pulled and pushed around like clothing fibers in a
washing machine, in the Surf- Zone that is now "Raging" and creating
deeper and new current channels.
Once the weather calms down and the sea settles, to create good days for
swimming, you will then see that Yin and Yang maintain these Rip and Side
Channels and Holes, as Yin and Yang move in Circles of Balance, and you can now
trust your eyes, mind, and soul to guide and protect you, for these channels
are not going to change, so you can now use their motions of movements for the
day and the next day and the next day.
Take a drone and fly it for these days above these Surf Zone areas, see
Yin and Yang are now in " Balance of Rymth of Order".
Or watch You Tube Videos of your beach over the last few years, you will
see common and Semi-permanent Rip and Side Channels and holes occurring in many
of the same spots year in year out.
Many locals, Surfers and Beach Fisherman understand Nature's Yin and
Yang's Aqua-In-Motion-Forces and so can you if you choose to.
You can even be a person who has never ever been to a beach or ever
touched an Ocean, for Yin and Yang's Aqua of Motions, do not hide and are right
there for anyone to see and learn from. You could even be a Child going to a
coastal Town for your Christmas Holidays.
You will also see and understand how Climate Change and Global Warming
is been speeded up, due to the warming and acidification of your World's 4
Oceans and right here in Strand, Yin and Yang will show you how this and Nature
have been working , for billions of years already.
At the end of Strand Beach, near the tidal pool, this last bay is named
" Melkbaai" ( Milk Bay). It was given its name hundreds of years back
already,due to the Milky Colour of water that forms on the push of the tide, that
Yin and Yang help make, with the Sun's Rays,of Gamma Showers.
The Reefs you see to the left are swallow and next time you are there on
the low tide and you walk out on these reefs, you will see the pools are nice
and clear, and a host of interesting marine life and organisms.
Take note of how barren the sea life on reefs are when compared to the
opposite side of the bays other tidal pools.
Acidification of the Milk Colour water is the cause, it is like
lime,that can destroy and dissolve organisms, with a very low oxygen
levels,casuing stunned and slow growth.
You will also notice that the shellfish are a lot smaller and fewer in
numbers, when compared to the Bays opposite sides tidal pools, that are full of
color and marine life.
At present your Planet Earth has lost an enormous amount of "Ozone
Protection", which has also weakened the Planets Magnetic Flied , your
Magnosphere.
At present, the Sun's Rays and Solar flares are pounding and blasting
the World's 4 Ocean and Landmasses with Gamma Rays.
Take note of False Bay and watch as the southeast wind starts to blow
and causes a gale, see how the water changes colour, as the wind and waves
cause the top layers of water to mix, by surface skimming counter currents and
top surface short breaking wind waves.
The Sun will Super Blasts the Bay's surface, with Gamma Rays,which
results in different salt densities not been able to form a unison likeness of
magnetic deflection,this causes these salt atoms to loose oxygen,and metallic
minerals salts are formed and released as visible signs of discolourations of
the surface waters, to a milky whitish green colour.
Ok let's get back to the Strand reefs, where the Sun is baking and
warming these flattish exposed rocks.
Now when the tide starts to push in, you will notice that these reefs
are angled in parallel lines towards the shore and they funnel in water that
moves over these warned up rocks,which transfers their heat to the water as it
wedges and funnels in and is heated further as it touches other dry and
Sun-baked rocks.
There are many rocks in these sharp edged wedged reefs, that cause the
incoming tides water to tumble, twist and be skimmed-mixed, that causes
minerals on the surface to have their atoms split of oxygen.
Warm water always has less oxygen than cooler water, for the heat allows
for an easy loss of oxygen.
You will notice how the incoming tide pushes this milky metallic
mineral-enriched saltwater to the shoreline and it is very warm when compared
to the clear water of Strand's Beach.
Yin and Yang's Aqua-In-Motion have shown you how a part of Nature works
here, as well as in the World's 4 Ocean's, for hundreds of miles of ocean
waters , when the wind is blowing in the same direction as the current and has
turned hundreds of miles of the Ocean's surface layers to be skimmed and Sun
Baked to release metallic mineral salts for plankton to consume and grow green
as the start of your " Ocean's Food Chain" for the Zooplankton.
Unfortunately it is not just the food chain that is growing, but also
the Ocean's Sea Surfaces that are warning, and when the wind blows, these
warmer top layer move towards this Planet's Main Global Circulating Ocean
Currents.
These Main Surface Currents are warmer,and the heated and approaching
surface water will slip underneath their edges, as cooler water sinks and
warmer water rises, just like cooler air will sink and warmer air will rise.
The warmer but cooler than this edge of a "Main Global
Current" will form wedges that move angled and downwards, this creates a
deep wedge wall of layers on the sides of the pole of these Main Surface
Currents.
I was introduced to Tuna and Swordfish longlining on the second year it
started in South Africa, as well as being a commercial fishing skipper, and the
Oceans are my " Playgrounds.
Any commercial skipper worth their salt will need to understand how the
Oceans work, otherwise they will not be able to catch fish consistently, for if
they don't take note or learn from Nature's Yin and Yang, on how the fish
respond to winds, currents and seasons, then they won't be able to make a
living from catching fish.
Most commercial fishermen will be said to be in " Modes of thinking
like Fish".
My brother and I spent most of our school holidays and weekends at our
Grandparents home in Kalk Bay, South Africa, and every day spent there was like
a holiday and from two and three years old our Grandparents and family would go
on holiday to Plettenberg Bay to enjoy rock and surf fishing there and around
the Western Cape, including Cape Point, "Platboom Melkbos, Witsands for
" Gallies" and Rooikraans, Simons Town and Sunny Cove for "
Yellowtail".
Our Grandparents taught us alot about the Oceans and how to look at the
water surroundings,to protect ourselves when we entered the beaches and rocky
bays.
At 10 years old we were body surfing the Rocky Gally next to Staint
James Tidal Pool, as well as the reef behind this pool.Danger Beach was also a
favoured body surfing spot,and we also had belly boards.
We where also snorkeling at this age,and by 14 years we were already
diving outside Kalk Bay harbour wall for " chokka jigs", the only
other people who dived here where the occasional scuba divers, as the water is
fairly deep to reach the chokka jigs on the bottom,entackled in bunched up
pieces of ropes.
Yin and Yang's Aqua-In-Motion of Play, taught us well, for we choose to
see " Them Play".
At 6 years old we were already catching "White stump " in the
late afternoons off the Kalk Bay Boats, and by 9 years we were already going
out to chatch chokka, job,elf and yellowtail, in the Bay with our friends, on
there father's commercia fishingl boats.
At 10 years I went out on my uncle's skiboat,off Miller's Point to catch
Snoek.My uncle's friend who skippered the skiboat to sea,with his young son and
two of his friends and myself ended up catching 85 snoek, where on the off
loading and sail of the Snoek at Kalk Bay harbour, the " Hawkers"
asked " Grant the skipper",who caught most of the snoek, and he
replied that it was he and myself.
The tracksuit top I was wearing was caked in snoek scales,as I had put
the snoek on this arm,to break break their necks.
This was my first time I had caught snoek in bigger numbers,and truth be
told I had caught more that half the snoek that day, as I had used a "
Number 4 Chrome Spinner" and my small stroke of arm length pulls, had the
correct enticement for the snoek to nail the spinner.
The other guys had switched from " Dolly-leads" and replaced
them with chrome-spinners like mine, but they could not get their spinners to
work, like my rymthm of stroke and they also did not strike the snoek ,when
they mouthed their spinners.
Yin and Yang of Nature, had taught me well, and the White stumps, kobs,
yellowtails and chokka catching had honed my handline skills nicely.
Now Globally media, news and social media are reporting that " Eco
Anxieties" and " Eco Mental Stress" has exploded and that stats
and collected data, are revealing that this has resulted in huge increases of
suicides of children, teens and adults.
The common trait of humans is that if they panic, and feel there is no
way out they will and can give up mentally, just like little children give up
in Surf Zones,when they drown, for they believe it is the end, and they shut
off and then drown.
The problem globally at the moment, is that many children, teens and
adults believe that there is no chance of stopping Climate Change and Global
Warming, based on many many misunderstandings of information given to them,
which creates the illusion that Nature is complicated and unfathomable.
You will often see media stating that certain Oceans don't mix,they will
show videos and pictures of the Indian Oceans and the Atlantic or Pacific, with
one edge been River Brown or Milky Green and the other been blue, and they will
say "See these Oceans don't mix".
Now this causes a problem for children, teens and adults to not use
their minds to come up with solutions for the many environmental problems in
their country.
For if they don't understand the basics of their Planet's Ocean, which
has the greatest effect on Climate Change,and globally media, news and social
media are reporting and showing video footage that globally storms are
intensifying and been far more serve.
Junior school subjects like geography teach you that the Oceans are
salty, due to the minerals and alkalines that are washed off land masses or
seeped by ground waters and rivers into this Planet's Oceans.
Logic will mean that if Storms are Increaseing and been more serve,then
the Oceans are going to receive far more minerals and the Sun's Gamma Rays are
going to use them to increase the acidification of this Planet's Oceans, and
Nature's is going to be thrown out of balance, and bacteria and viruses in the
oceans are going to increase.Already in South America reports of increased
bacteria and viruses in crab meat, who are bottom feeders.
Many videos of underwater footage of this Planet's Ocean's are showing
you how the shallow bottoms are displaying a green colour of increased
plankton and red tide growths.
Reports globally show satellite footage of big areas, of " Redtide
Vortexes in Gysers", now for people to claim that the Oceans don't mix,
knowing full well that this Planet has Main Global Subsurface and Surface
Circulating Ocean Currents, and then to lay claim that a Blue Ocean edge and a
River Brown or Milky edge don't mix, is really throwing away the basics of
junior school education,for hot air rises and cold air sinks. Warm water rises
and cool water sinks.
Now off the Somalian Coast line, one will often see " Ocean Blue
Clear Water" meeting a warm Dirty Brown,to Milky Green edge,
The Blue Clear water is cooler,and it sinks and slips below the Dirty
and warmer edge.
Next time you see videos or pictures of a claim that two Oceans don't
mix,take note of the ripple and strong current edges, see the repelling ripple
lines of a surface counter currents top layer, well this is the result of the
water that is slipping underneath, it is also skimming metallic mineral salts
and taking them down to the "Deep Subsurface Global Circulating Ocean
Currents", it is also causing a counter currents that oppose each edges
forces, to make current line edges, but down below the surface, skimming is
taking place.
Now this phenomenon does not just take place here, it is happening 24/7
globally and the main reason why the many videos of underwater footage you may
see, where you will notice a green neon glow and tint appearing in more
locations that use to have clear water that allowed for greater distance of
sight during the the video capturing of the marine life.
The reason is that globally the Sun's Gamma Rays are causing the 70% of
this Planet, that is covered by Oceans , to slightly bleached by the high
mineral content of the water, and gives a luminous greenish tint as the Sun
shines apon this increased gloabl plankton growth.
You can go to Kalk Bay harbour and snorkle on the shallow rocks towards
the beach, the water will be warm and slightly discoloured,the shellfish life
on these rocks, will be small and minimum, very devoid of sea life.
The " Sea Lettuce" you will see will be lighter in colour,
called it metallic mineral acidification bleached, as you move towards the
jettys and swim out the harbour mouth, the sea lettuce you see ,will be dark
green. Now we snorkle to Kalk Bay big swimming pool,and come up the gully, and flippers
off and a walk past the small pool, bleached sea lettuce,but darker than the
sea lettuce in the harbour, now we dive into the big pool,and put on goggles
and mouth snorkle, then flippers, and down on the bottom of this deeper pool
and shaded in high wall and the Brass Bell building causing more afternoon
shade , and the awesome outer wall of this pool, that allows the reefs waves to
pour over and into the pool, there is dark green sea lettuce, surrounded by
Ocean Cooled and aerated water.
This is the sea lettuce my Ouma used to eat,but not from the pool, but
from the reefs gullys and holes.
My uncle used to collect it for her, for he dived alot in the Bay, but
she stopped eating it when the Bay got polluted.
My uncle also be came a " Bakkieman" because he could dive so
well, and because often the dingy was used to keep the purse net up, at the
corks, but would often get swamped and the " Bakkimen" had to swim
back to the purseiner. The joys of the Oceans and Fishing.
My Ouma grew up in Llandudno, and the house is now a national
monument,above the main road.Her Dad was Mr ........ and was a master carpenter
and officer of the piece, he did alot of the woodwork in Cape Town's Old
Standardbank Building
One day when returning from Hout Bay, on his bicycle he found a Bushman,
who was badly beaten up, and be used his shirt to bandage the man's head, as he
had serve head injuries.
He took the man home and he and his wife managed to nurse the man back
to health.
The Bushmen did not want to go back the the other Bushman Community
living in the Sandy Bay and Karbonkleberg area, so my great-great oupa let him
live with his family.
He built a small shed home for him,and the Bushman to the family name.
Now this is where my Ouma learnt so much about, ocean life and
seaweeds, herbs and mountain bark medicines, for when the families children
were sick the Bushman would go collect certain seaweeds and herbs and bark from
the mountains,and my great Ouma would brew them up for the sick children .
My Ouma lived to a 101 and I am sure if she has continued to eat
seaweeds she would of lived far longer.
The Community on Okinawan Island, off Japan, live exceptional long
lives, but unfortunately given the nuclear disarter of Fukushima, and news
media reporting on Blue Fin Tuna now in the Pacific Ocean where scientific data
has revealed that these Tuna now have radio activity levels in their bodies, is
making many people become concerned about the health of other marine species in
the Pacific Oceans.
The Stronger the wind blows, the stronger the current will become, and
the cooler water deep down will then push in as a counter current,this now
causes the Planets Main Circulating Subsurface Currents to increase in
strength.
At present your Planet's Main Global Circulating Ocean Currents are
speeding up and are circulating the acidification of metallic mineral salts
throughout this Planets 70% of Salty Oceans, it is not good.
The stronger speed of this Planet's Main Circulating Global Currents,
are also causing weather patterns that are not normal, or charted or recoded in
the past decade of global weather services data.
Your Planet is moving into uncharted and unrecorded climate data.
The beauty is that atleast you now know some of the the causes of
this Planet's Climate Change and Global Warming, it will depend upon what you
choose to do about it.
For the Sun is a Powerful Source of Radiation and will continue to
"Super Blast" this Planet's Land and Water Masses, and it's Flow of
Radiation will only be curbed, once this Planet's Ozone Layers and Magnosphere
are thickened and strengthened.
Only the "Increaseing of Oxygen Levels and the prevention of
pollutants and actions that cause the loss of O3 of this Planet's Ozone Layers,
can stop Climate Change and Global Warming, with a chance to stop this
Planet's present cource and shift towards Earth's 6 th Mass
Extinction".
For only once you choose to understand Yin and Yang's Forces, will you
see and understand how Nature is and has been working for billions of years,
and only then will you know and come up with solutions to aid Nature to
Rebalance this Planet called Earth.
NB NB NB: Always remember this when you navigating Rip , Side Channels
or a Sandbanks, you must use the incoming surges and the forces of Yin and Yang
and they come in 3 's.Often a set of waves,will consist of 7 swells the first 3
swells approaching the beach will cause an outward pull of water on the sandbanks
and the 4 th wave is then going slow or push the water inwards,and the next
three bigger waves are going to surge the water in with a big forward surge of
flooding.
You now move with this force of water to gain ground towards your planed
path and course to the safe zones.
Remember this,also spend time on the higher beach sand areas or a high
point like a big sand dune or cliff and watch the cycle of waves, for at some
beaches you will notice the swells come in with a wave cycle of 3 and they
either pull water outward,or push in and surge hard during their cycle of the "Steps
of Depths and Force of the oncoming Set”.
You can use this pattern of Yin and Yang at this beach to your
advantage, for when these 3 waves surge in and you are been pulled out in a Rip
Channel, Side Channel, Side Current or Outward pull on Sandbanks, this
phenomenal inward surge and force can wash through a Rip Channel at an angle
and push you right out of this Rip and put you back on a swallow sandbank.
NB NB NB acknowledge these surging waves and do the " Surf Flip
Kick & Dive Swimming", but don't duck down to deep, for you want to
allow your vertically raised and flipping together legs, to be pushed by
surface surge, as water a bit futher down can still be flowing outward and when
you flip kick slightly downwards, you have the resistance of water to kick
against,that is moving in the same direction as you,and you stay out of the
bottom current that has either slakened a bit ,or is still moving outward,in
its rip channel.
Dont fight or try swim hard for the shore, allow yourself the
opportunity to rest with an outward surge.You are going to have your head low
in the water, and in a breast-stroke position.You are conserving energy and
been able to see your surroundings and watching for incoming waves ,that might
be bigger or about to curl on you and dump you, in what is called "
Sandbank Dumpers", you can duck dive under these,for some of these lips if
they break on your head or face will hurt and sting your face and some can knock
the windout of you, so duck bellow the water if one of these Stinging Dumpers
is about to break on you.The surge of the white water will tumble you ,if you
don't duck and dive outwards. Dont be afraid to do this, for you might be
panicking and wanting to keep moving towards the shoreline ,rather move
outwards and protect yourself from these Dumpers, as the next white water surge
might push you towards the shore line.
The Yin and Yang Forces even push in pieces of " Seaweed", to
the shoreline" and seeweeds don't swim, yet they reach the shoreline,just
like you will.
Just keep calm and low in the water and conserve your energy.
At the moment there are some organisations, individuals and some life
saving clubs, globally, that are telling teens, children and adults to simply
float if they are caught in " Rip Currents", this is a very dangerous
tactic for you to adopt in the Surf- Zones of the World's 4 Ocean's , for if
you are floating on your back, you will not be able to see on coming " Dumpers
or Bigger Waves" that might come in and break through a Rip Channel, which
if you are floating on your back,the lip of a Wave will break on you suddenly
and knock your wind out, as your body would of taken the full force of a "
Cracker Shock Wave", or the white water surge is going to hit you,and you
will have lost the advantage for you will be tumbling and won't know which way
is up or down,and you are going to be dragged by the aerated water for a while.
You might of been choking and just before the white water hit you,
and been dragged under like this,without having a proper breath, will put your
life in the balance of either drowning or just surviving, but you have lost
your advantage, as your lungs will be aching for breath and your energy will be
drained due to lack of oxygen, you now have to face the next wave or dumper
with drained energy and breath, and in panic and dispear mode, which further
disadvantages your mental state of been able to cope and flow.
You will also disadvantaging your airways and nasal cavities, for you
will be pushing your head far back as possible to float, which will cause your
nasal cavities to empty of water and flow into for throat ,which will result in
blocking your airways and you will choke.
Hense you would of heard your Mother and family members telling you,
that you should not lie down and eat, or sit up if you are choking,so that you
can clear your airways.
Your attempts to sniff in air through your nose, while having your head
so far back,when you floating on your back,will expose your nose and mouth to
be continually lapped with the "Ocean's Wavelets" and their rise and
fall motions of flow,will swamp your head to be covered and submerged by the
waters motions, which is going to cause you to panic and find it hard to
regulate your breathing, which will result in your heart rating increasing, and
you will have disadvantaged your mental endurance and you will be " Out of
Balance to the Forces of Nature's Yin and Yang".
Yin and Yang's Forces are now going to over whelm you for you are
fighting against them,insteaded of flowing with and through them,for they have
" Soft Aqua Spots" for you to pass through, but by you not seeing
them or understanding how they flow and work, you will then place yourself to
experience their full force and might.
You will start choking on sea water,and the salt is going to burn your
nasal cavities,for in your floating position on your back,you are causing your
sentive nasal areas , that don't normally get subjected to prolonged salt or
fresh water.
For in the breast stroke position or if you are treading water, your
head will be low in the water, your nasal cavities are facing downwards(
like sit up if you are choke on water that will enter your airways),and if they
get some water,they will fill up slightly,but still allow you to sniff in air
to your lungs,while you hear and feel the water sniffing sensations ,sounds and
noises coming from your nasal cavities, that have water circulating and sweriling
at the bottom of these cavities, which is an awesome anatomy of the human body.

You would have experienced this trait and occurance, if you have been
swimming in the sea or fresh water pool ,or had a bath and washed and rinsed
your hair,and taken water up your nose,which would of caused you to
instantaneously bolt up into a sitting position.
The Oceans are not a calm bath, where even just your arm movements of
rinsing your hair,will cause small ripples in the water to wash over your eyes
and swamp your nose.You will place your airways in great danger if you choose
to adopt the " Float Mode on your back,taught in swimming pools". You
also won't have the odds stacked in your favour as you could miss out on a
clump of Seaweed, or even a 2 liter plactic bottle floating in the ocean that
could aid you to float.
The Oceans are full of opportunities don't choose to miss out, it you be
the difference of you surviving or drowning.
The problem is that little Children hang onto words and beliefs and they
will believe that to escape a Rip Current, they have been told and taught in
swimming pools, that they should just float.
It might be the first " Dumper or Cracker Wave or the second, and
by this time of been pounded they have lost their advantage of been prepared
for endurance in Rip Currents, Side Currents and Outward Pulling Surges on
Sandbanks.
For little Children would even believe that an "
Outward Pull on a Sandbank, is a Rip Current, little do they know that
they are about to go into " Float Mode" on a Sandbank, the worst
tatic you could ever adopt in this area and the " White Water , Dumpers
and Curling Lips of Yin and Yang are about to " Snuff out their little
Souls Light and Hope, and they are about to be over whelmed by the Forces of
Yin and Yang.
By the third white water or wave of Yin and Yang, that little
Child would of drowned and be bouncing and bumping into the sandy or rocky
bottom.
No this is not right or good and I have come back to add some more
insights and understandings of what takes place in the World's 4 Ocean's , when
children, teens and adults believe they are in difficulties in their 4 Oceans.
Dont let this happen to your child or your friends children,for the
World's 4 Ocean's are not complicated or hard to see or understand what is
happening within their motions of movement.
Learn to understand and gain insights from your " Body's Natural
Traits and Abilities to Protect Yourself".
Your body has an amazing ability and it is adrenaline, which you have to
understand how to use.
This is how you use it.You in the water and yes you are scare, but it is
good for by been scared you can release adrenaline in controlled amounts, it is
your "Super Power" and can sustain you for exceptional long periods,
when you understand how to use your " Super Power".You already have
begun to understand your 4 Oceans, you know what is happen around you, for you
now understand the Aqua-Forces of Yin and Yang.You are far calmer in your
Aqua-Playground.Now use your new insights and understandings to move with the
flow and motions of Aqua,and tap into your " Super Power " of
Adrenaline to give yourself super endurance,for you are calm and low in the water,and
adrenaline is surging through your body to give you loads of strength so keep
your head low in the water, for you could do this all day if you like, for your
calm-fear has given you "Super Powers of Endurance".
NB NB NB: Many children, teens and adults drown within two minutes of
been pushed or pulled into " Rip ,Side-currents and Outward- surges on
sandbanks, because they panic and get a super load of adrenaline, then try swim
as hard as possible towards the shore.
The problem that now occurs ,is that they build up a huge amount of
lactic acid, that drains their energy to a point we're their arms and legs feel
like lead,and they can't keep their heads above the water,for they have used up
all their body's energy and strength, and then their head goes just below the
waterline and they drown,with open eyes knowing they are drowning.
Don't ever panic like this ,or attempt to keep your head and chest high
above the waters surface,for you will waste your body's strength and energy and
you will drown if you do this.
Remember you are a Water Baby now, and you Surf- Zone-Wise and you keep
your head low and just your nose sticks out of the water at times,for you know
how to conserve your body's energy and endurance strength.
· Now if you get pulled out into the Rip Currents relax and think of how
easy it was to reach the shallow water with your “Surf Flip & Kick Dive
Swimming. You need to conserve your energy now and this is how you do it. Stay
low in the water like a “Frog” or “Navy Seal Diver”. Salt water is very buoyant
when compared to fresh water. Keep your head low in the water and if you held
your breath and placed your head in the water and spread your arms and legs out
like a " Skydiver", you would float.Now acknowledge how easy it is to
float, for some people who drown will be found in this position ,if they are
exhausted and manage a breath in,but then go under the water,for their airways
will shut closed and lock in the air in their lungs, and some would have no
water in their lungs because of the human body's ability to shut off their
airways, if choking is occurring. The only way to open the airways now , would
be to breath through your nose ( small sniff in of air) and then cough out the
object or water that may have caused this natural trait and protection
mechanism of the human body to protect itself.
BUT YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE ON THE SURFACE OF THE WATER AND NOT EXHAUSTED
WITH YOUR HEAD JUST BELOW THE WATER LINE.
By keeping your head low in the water you will be able to see the foam
and current ripples and movements of Yin and Yang Forces as you go over the
swells and between two white wash waves.
It is very important to be observant in this “ Navy
Seal Position or be like a Frog that if it move to much, the Bass will feel the
vibrations and rise in a smashing aerial display and engulf the Frog”, for you
will save loads of energy and be able to navigate out of the Rips,Side-rips and
Outward-Pulling-Surges.
YOU MUST
PUT ALL THE ODDS IN YOUR FAVOUR Now:
You have to lookout for surfers or big people ,who you can wave to in
the water or call out to help for.
You might even be lucky and a boogie board might appear in front of you
for your to grab hold of.
You will also be very close to the so look to the shore for people to
wave at, to draw attention to yourself.
If it is early in the morning and the Sun is shinning from behind you or
late in the afternoon, then don't try and draw attention from people in this
line of sight in the Sun's glare,for they won't see you,look to the sides of
the Sun's glare for people.
The common practices and advice been punted by "Global
Lifeguard Clubs" is that people should not enter the water to help you,
but should throw in a life buoy or any object that floats, thats rather cool,
for you are not trying to float on your back, and you paying attention to your
surroundings and taking note of anyone who might of thrown in a life buoy or
floating object for you.
Now this is a bonus ,and I will tell you how to get to that life buoy or
floating object.
Yes at present you believe it is impossible because you and the floating
object are moving at the same speed of the current and the distance is far
between you and that floating object.
Now you paid attention to Yin and Yang's Forces before you entered the
water. You also know which way the side current is going,you also saw the
" Rotating Guysers" on each side of the Rip Channel.You facing the
waves and keep looking back at the floating object.You notice that the slight
breeze has blown the floating object to the Opposite side of the side
current,so now when you past the Rip Channel ,you have to swim towards the
Guysers that has the floating boogie board moving out on its bow like rip
current edges, on its side of the sand bank.
You are now going to enter this Guyser and stay on the seaward side and
go round and round in this Gysers ,which is outside the backline, and soon the
boodgie board will becoming to you,and will enter the same Gysers, see now you
got the boogie board and you floating on it ,well done.
Now if the Surf is big and there are loads of Dumpers and Waves, then
don't try to reach the shore, just wait for you will be rescued. Take the dog
leash of the boogie board and put it on your arm, stay in this rotating Gyser
for it makes it easier for a lifeguard you has emerged the same Rip Channel you
went out on, for they will be with you soon.
Now you see how easy it was to reach this Gysers and how quickly it
happened, for the Rip Current Channel took you there in 1.2 minutes,nice and
you still got loads of energy.
Now you might have gone swimming by yourself and have no boogie board
and you will have to plan your course and path back to shore ,for with
your new understanding and personal insights of the World's 4 Oceans you will
be able to plan ahead.
Now let’s stop for a moment about you been in
a Gyser, Surf Zone Rip ,Side-rip or a Straight-Outward- Sandbank Pulling
current.
Now before you enter the ‘Surf’ on your chosen beach of the day, do
this.
Sit on the higher marked sand areas, and watch the surface foam near
shore, in the shore break areas, the middle surf and the backline. See what
this beach is doing and acknowledge the various forces of Yin and Yang in these
areas.
Now look back at buildings, shore line features, ambulation block
facilities, and any reference point you can use to line up the various Rip
Channels, Side Channels and the Features of the Sandbanks, and the motions and
movements of Yin and Yang's Forces within the Aqua of this beach.
For when you now enter the water and get pushed or pulled into a Rip
Currents, Side Currents or Straight Outward Pulling Currents, you
can now use all the shore line features to know exactly where you are in the
"Surf- Zone" and these land mark features can now be used by you to
use the forces of Yin and Yang to reach the shoreline safely again.
High tide and low tide also affect any beach area ‘Big time’. Often on
the drop of the tide, rip current mushrooms will increase and push further off
shore. Some beach locations will have extreme tidal differentiations,which will
result in " Phenominal Ocean Currents".
Some beaches also increase Rip Current strengths on the high tide. The
surface foam, bow like rip current edges and current ripple lines movements,
are easy to see, all you have to do is to be calm and watch the signs
mentioned, for Yin and Yang will show you how to increase your personal
knowledge of the World's 4 Oceans.
Now walk along the shore line of the spot you would like to swim at. 150
meters each side of your chosen spot. Identify the Rip currents in the area, as
well as the direction of the side current, for some rips will be effected by
another rip channel on the opposite side to the sandbank of the rip you are
watching.
Now, this is how Rip Currents Work:
You are standing on the beach on the higher sand and looking at a rip
current.
On either side, there are two sandbanks that channel the force of
the set of waves, with their increasing “Steps of height, depth and strength of
water” into the Rip Channel. Most times the sandbanks on either side will make
a “ V-shape’’ of the rip channel, often in areas around the world where there
are big swells and waves, there will be lots of big side channels closer to
shore and running parallel with the shoreline
One of the sandbanks is going to have a greater force of the flow of
water. Let’s say it is the left-hand side sandbank, for this rip current
channel. Now the set of waves come in and flood both sandbanks. The Oceans also
cause irregular sandbank backline breaks at time and the set can often break
first on one sandbank, due to the swells at times been slightly bigger on the
one sandbank, this will influence the surge and pulse of the side current for a
period.
The water is going to push stronger from the left-hand side bank and
cause a surge of aerated water to sweep towards the shore and towards the
right, at the same time, it is also going to push the water on the bottom to
start up the motor of the outgoing rip. The central fugal force of the aerated
water surging in is going to twist anti-cyclonic,in the southern hemisphere, as
it fills in and meets the swallow area of the right hand side of the bank. This
10meter area is going to the left-hand surge moving right and it will deflect
and slow the surge, a break in the strength of the left-hand surge will
occur.
Many people experiencing this and will say the currents are coming from
all sides, and start to panic. Now if they could just understand Natures Yin
and Yang forces at play, they could use these forces in their favour to oh so
easily navigated rip currents with their own personal understands.
I will complete this when I return from sea in about 8 days time.
So far you have got some new insights and understandings of the Worlds 4
Oceans.
But know this, the common beach rip current signs that are up on many of
the world's beaches, where it shows a rip current going out and then states
that to escape the rip you can just move out left or right or just swim parrall
to the beach. This is very incorrect and is going to cause great panic for
people who are caught in rip currents,for they will soon realise that the
World's 4 Oceans don’t behave like this and the " Side Rip" will
prevent them from escaping to the signs proposal of just escape left or right,
for all beaches with their Rip Channels have Side Currents.Look at your chosen
beach or watch you tube videos of rip currents, look at the the left and right
side of the backline Rip Channel, see the two sides they have to Guysers that
Move in Opposition Directions, this is Yen and Yang ,who are showing you exactly
how they Flow of Aqua- In- Motion.
Now look to the Sand Banks of these " Two Guysers" see the
" Slack Water" see how it Rotates with the adjacent Rip Channels
Guysers,now as you came out of this Rip Channel and you would get pulled into
this Guysers.
Breast stroke or make your body long and glide on the sea- side and go
around this Guysers, for if you cut or try to escape into this Guyser , it will
rotate you back into the Rip Channel you just came out of.You plan must be to
use this Guysers Out-Side- Edges and meet the "Inward-Surge Force of the
Waves, and use the Waves Inward Surge and Pull of the Guysers Force on this
Inward- Wave- Surging-Area.
You moving in with the Wave-Surge and if the Guyser is on your
Right-Hand- Side you angle your inward move towards the beach slightly to the
left and cut with and across this current.Do the Opposite for the Guysers on
your Left- Hand-Side.
Now the Side-Current ,what did you observe at this beach spot you chose
to swim at For if you are moving and been pulled out of the Rip Channel, you
must take into the account what the " Side-Current" is doing in your
" Aqua-Playgrounds,for you want to stack the odds in your favour, so if
the Side-Current is moving from the Left to the Right , then when you go out of
the Rip Channel ,you would pick to go to the Sea-Side of the Right hand
Gysers,so that you can use the Side- Current on the Sand Bank to your advantage
and planned exciting strategy. Will draw a diagram sketch.As often there will
be a backline side current of Yen and Yang and they will twist into each
other.You can witness this on You Tube Videos and Drone Footage of these
Forces.So next time you on a Beach and See the Rip Current Signage of "
Escape to the left or Right" know and understand that the Forces of Yen
and Yang in the World's 4 Ocean's do not work as the signage is tell you it
does.
Use your Aqua-Sight to See Yin and Yang's Forces ,for the are not
complicated and acknowledge them ,for they will " Save Your Life and the
Lives of Your Brothers,Sisters and Friends". Trust your Eyes and your Mind
and Soul,for your Soul is their to Guide and Protect You.
Another thing is that when you look at videos or diagrams and you see
arrows over layed and indicating the rips, just look carefully at it, and see
what is truly happening to Yin and Yang's Forces in the videos or overlayed
pictures ,see the rip ripples and foam, as many of these arrows are not showing
in the right direct of what the water is showing you. Yes there are some good
sketches ,but far more bad ones. Will put a few sketches I did up here and will
complete this text when I return from sea. So far you are already a lot more
Ocean Wise and I will help you become very wise of the true happenings of
Nature's Yin and Yang Forces in the Worlds 4 Oceans
· ‘Northern Hemisphere Waters’ turn easy “Clockwise” and ‘Southern
Hemisphere Waters’ turn easy “Anti-clockwise easily ”.
Look at the beach you are going to swim at and see how the waves roll up
the beach slope.
For beach goers in South Africa, where there are strong Rip,Side
-currents and Outward- Pulling-Surges on sandbanks ,the beach sand will show a
steep slope with peaks and troughs on this shoreline.Some beaches can have flat
sand areas and be sheltered by a bay and there can be huge currents present,
due to wave size
You can walk this shoreline for 20 meters and these dips and high peaks
are your first sign that the beach you are on, is extremely dangerous.
Now sit just above the high tide mark between two raised shoreline peaks
and watch the shore break roll up the beach line.
You will notice that when you siting and facing the ocean,more water
will roll to your left and when water runs down from the the two high sand
peaks ,there will be far more water on the right and side and when these two
forces of water meet in the centre of the trough,the right hand wavelet will be
bigger,and if you stood in a bigger shore break in this trough,you would be
knocked off your feet and pulled into the shore break.
Now this is were most small children get pulled into the oceans.
You will often see little children who can not swim , running and
playing together here as they laugh with each other and run up and down the
slopes playing with the shore break surf as it rolls up and down the beach.
The problems are that the small children can't judge the incoming shore
break and also can't run as fast as the bigger children.
You will notice that bigger children are stronger and run faster and
wait longer before they run up the beach to escape the inward shore break.
The small children also wait ,and then the bigger children turn to run
up the beach and bump into the little kids and knock them to the sand or they
run past the little kids,who try to turn and run but they trip themselves
against the bigger children.
The shore break surges in and floods the trough and the outward surge
now pulls the small kid into the shore break and the trough hole.
The next surge shore break wave slams the wind and breath out of the
small kid,and having no air in their lungs, they sink below the surface and the
side rip , rip current and outward- surge pull drags the kid out.
The bigger kids scream for help and people come running to help, but the
little kid bouncing and bumping on the sand is no longer in the area ,where
many eyes are frantically searching and watching.
Now if you where Surf-Zone- Wise and could read the waters motions of
Yen and Yang,you would know which way to go and dive to the sandy bottom to
grab the little kid.
So next time you on a beach and see little kids playing like this ,go up
to them and get them to stop ,and then explain the dangers of what they are
doing.
Remember little kids like this will always listen to what you are
saying,for their mindsets at this age are finely tuned for knowledge of self
preservation of anything that will protect their little lives.
Help them become Surf-Zone wise like you and your friends and family
members.
Now if you have little brothers and sisters and would like to teach them
to swim and float like you in breast stroke mode with the least amount of
energy required,by knowing how to keep their heads low and just above the
water, this is how you do it.
Go and lie down in the swallows of a small tidal pool or a calm beach or
sit on the steps of a swimming pool or swallow pool.
Now explain and show them how you put your head in the water,then lift
it out again and then take a small breath through your mouth and blow it out
through your nose to clear water from your nose and your nasal cavities.
Now tell them about people who are choking on food or water.
Tell them that their body has a natural defence mechanism to protect
their little lives.
Tell them that if they eat something and swallow incorrectly at it gets
stuck in their airways or they get water into their airways then their
................ will close and that only by sniffing in through their
nose can they open their airways again and then use the air that they have
sniffed in through their nose ,to cough out the object or water that has gone
down their windpipe.
This is an amazing ability of all humans to remove objects or water from their airways.
All small children will be afraid of choking and the main reason why so
many are afraid of water.
Now get your little brother or sister to put their head in the water and
then lift it out again and take a small breath through their mouth and then
blow out through their nose to remove water.
Now tell them even if they get some water in their nose, they can still
sniff in through their nose and then blow out through their nose,to get the
water out of their nasal cavity.
They can even pinch their nose slightly,to create a greater force of air
pressure to get rid of any water in their nasal cavities.Just like when they
use toilet or tissue paper to blow their nose at times.
Now your brother or sister can and understand how to clear their
airways,and is showing no signs of stress and can clear their airways easily
now.
Now explain about taking a big breath and filling their lungs like
balloons,for balloons can float on water.
Now show them and take a big breath, and then lie in the water like a
Skydiver with out stretch arms and your head in the water,then lift your head
and clear your airways.
Then get them to do this in swallow water and lift their head out of the
water and clear their airways.
Now explain to them that the lower they keep their heads in the water in
breaststroke mode, the easier it is to conserve their body's strength.
Now get them to put their head in the water and do breaststrokes three
times, and kick scissor kicks then lift their head out of the water and keep it
very low and close to the waters surface and clear their airways, while
continuing to breaststroke and scissor kick.
Guess what you have just taught your little brother or sister to swim,
and they have a new Aqua skill and you teaching them to become Surf-Zone-Wise
and a Water Baby of Yin and Yang just like you, well done.
You have also giving your little brother and sister a gift of Aqua-Sight
and Wisdom, for if they are playing in the Surf- Zone-Beach Slope chasing and
running away from waves and get knocked down to the sand and pulled out by the
shorebreak , guess what they won't be bouncing on the sandy bottom and they
will be breast stroking with their heads low in the water and clearing their
airways, for they can now easily be rescued, well done you are looking after
your little brothers and sisters nicely, well done, nice more Water Babies are
coming alive.
The reason I have type this is because my daughter asked me last year to
help the kids here in South Africa not to drown during the 2018 Christmas
Holidays.
So I walk the beaches of "Kogelbaai" and "Dappats se
Gat" and sketched noted all the Rip and Side-channels,then sketched and
laminated and placed them up on these beaches.
I decided to do one better and did CAD drawings and laminated them and
put them up at Strand, Kogelbaai and Dappats se Gat.
In 2018 no one drowned at the Camping Grounds at Kogelbaai.
My daughter is now also concerned about Global Warming and Climate
Change and said that she and her friends are very worried about Earth only
having 12 years left before it reaches a point of no return and can I help her
and her friends save the Earth from the 6th Mass Extinction.
Of course I would help her and her friends I said.
She has been doing projects and concepts to clean up rivers and the
World's 4 Ocean of Sewerage,Nano Plastics and Pollutants and Green Blue Algae.
She has a good few youtube videos up of these concepts.
She asked how could she raise money to help clean the World's Rivers and
4 Ocean.
I said to her that Dad can't draw all the Beaches Rip Currents on CAD
drawings and laminate and put them up,but what dad can do is help you think of
a way to do this and generate money for the various rivers and oceans in these
areas.
She can get children, teens and adults to send in drone footage of their
local beaches,then we can show them how to identify the Ocean's Currents of Yin
and Yang, then people can sponsor the exact for someone to do the CAD drawing,
then people can sponsor or donate the exact amount to have CAD drawing done,
then the exact amount to have it printed at a print shop with UV protection
sticker to be placed on a sponsored or exact amount beach pole and board. This
will save children, teens and adults lives who come to this beach for the day,
for children and teens of today are video and piture orientated and
curious.
I said to her that she must start Facebook groups to raise awareness
about how easy it is to help save Global Children from drowning at their
World's 4 Ocean's Beaches, and then get people who want videos taken of them
surfing, kiteboarding or doing Aqua- sports, then she organizes for kids who
can put zoom on extension lenses on to their cell phones or cameras then earn
some money and give R5 or $5 to one of her river or ocean pollution
filtering concepts for that part of the World's Rivers and Ocean. People can
also donated to that part of the World's Rivers and ocean for her filtering
of Nano Plastics and Pollutants Environmental projects.
I also told her that the only way that Climate Change and Global warming
can be stopped, is if Global Citizens understand how the World's 4 Ocean's and
Nature work. People can only come up with solutions if they understand how
these forces of Yin and Yang have been working for Billions of years.
Her main focused must be on creating " Oxygen", for
Climate Change and Global Warming are due to Planet Earth's thinning of its
Protective Ozone layer, which has resulted in a weakened Magnetosphere, which
is allowing the Sun's Solar Flares, Gamma Rays to superheat the World's 4
Ocean's and Landmasses, which are now been seen as accelerated Global Warming
and Climate Change, for Nature's Yin and Yang's Aqua Bodies are unbalanced.
